Biography

Dr. Neale is a professor at the WSU Department of Family Medicine and Public Health Sciences (DFMPHS) and the Vice Chair of Public Health Sciences. She serves as the Deputy Editor of the “Journal of the American Board of Family Medicine (JABFM)”, which has its editorial office in the DFMPHS. She is also the editor of “Family Practice, The International Journal for Research in Primary Care”. Dr. Neale has an active program developing resources specific to the context of practice-based research. She is the PI on an AHRQ-funded P30 Center grant, the “PRIME Net Center in Practice-based Research and Learning”, which has an objective to build the pipeline of investigators prepared to conduct primary care research in the ambulatory clinic setting.
