Each year our department faculty and staff generously provides a collective donation to one of our community partners.  This year we provided some needed chromebooks for the Robert R. Frank Student-Run Free Clinic.  This clinic is run by our WSU SOM students who provide free primary care to patients in Detroit.  The chromebooks are used to access the EHR and coordinate scheduling.  Victoria Kelley, VP of Internal Affairs for the clinic board had this to say, "They are speedy, light-weight, and have a large screen for our volunteers to gather around. We all feel extremely fortunate at SRFC. Thanks to the Department of Family Medicine and Public Health Sciences."
