Welcome Tamara Green to DFMPHS!

 

This spring we welcomed our new Practicum and Community Engagement Coordinator, Tamara Green to our team. Before joining Wayne State, Tamara started her professional career by enlisting into the United States Air Force where she spent four years before being honorably discharged in 2016. After leaving the military, she began to build a career in public service and case management, which is how she developed a passion for helping and supporting others early on in her professional career. 

Tamara also has a love of working with technology and learning new skills that aide in her professional development. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exercising, gardening, trying new recipes, spending quality time with her daughter, and travelling outside of the country. She is thrilled to be part of this team and looks forward to getting to know everyone and contributing to another successful year.
