Michigan AHEC welcomes new administrative assistant

Leslie Wilson is the newest addition to the Michigan AHEC team serving as an administrative assistant. She began working at Wayne State University in 2018 through the HIGH Program. The HIGH Program provides emergency funding for housing for Wayne State students who are homeless or precariously housed. With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Leslie brings a strong background in communication, organization, and service. In addition, Leslie has served with the U.S. Army as a Family Advocacy Program Assistant, supporting military families and promoting well-being within the community. Leslie is also a Licensed Minister, reflecting a long-standing commitment to service, guidance, and advocacy.
