State of the Art Family Medicine Center
We are committed to providing all of the resources necessary for our residents to become excellent physicians in a state-of-the art new Crittenton Family Medicine Center. "This center has been designed to specifically address the “New Model of Care.” Informed by the Future of Family Medicine report, the “New Model of Care” proposes transformational redesign of both work and workplaces (TransforMED*) to better serve the changing needs of patients, physicians, and practice teams. The Center is a “relationship-centered personal medical home” through which all individuals, regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status, participate in their health care."
